In GT I found the root cause why the biggest B2B customer of the company doesn't pay for many of the invoices after doing heavy analysis and communicating with the contact persons in German and English with no help finding all the resources myself including the information about the contact person and the data used in analysis. In Concentrix I helped identify major issues that affected the customers and were not clear/addressed before, I lead the teams at the absence of a team leader, and I trained a team for having wide knowledge in the processes and for always finding alternative solutions to problems that aren't covered in the SOPs. In Expleo I'm leading a team while at the same time identifying better and faster ways to handle things on SAP and outside by developing new processes, while explaining to them how the project management is connected to finance and explaining the financial aspects and clarifying how these solutions make it easier.
