Senior Payroll SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for payroll process starting from monthly changes or variables (vacations – excuses - missions - overtime – working from home – deductions – bonus) and registered on Delta software program.  Calculate and ensure that all employees' transactions have been accurately reflected in the calculation.  Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting, social insurance, and taxes.  Review personnel and payroll database for newcomers.  Responsible for preparing the final settlements for resigned Employees.  Assist in the termination process and salary transaction.  Receive, review, and audit the overtime, and travel allowances sheets.  Responsible for sending employee data to the bank (Commercial International Bank) to issue salary cards.  Assistance in the bank transfer process for monthly salaries (Host to Host).  Follow up the ATM and ensure that it is working efficiently and coordinate with the bank team to facilitate any tasks required.

Personnel & Payroll SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Assisting the Human Resources Department in preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, and the final settlement for resigned employees.  Assist in keeping employees' hiring documents completed.  Preparing the part-time employees & and internship trainees' monthly payroll.  Assist in Creating the payments of the related governmental authorities (SI, Labor Office, Taxes).  Manage opening bank accounts for new staff and handling bankrelated issues
