• Job Details:Worked in denials, rejections, appeals and re-appeals. Making calls to payer’s end (AR caller) for clearing the payment for the denied and rejected claims. Attending client calls on a weekly basis to get the updates on various medical and insurance specialties guidelines and to train the team on the same. Audit all claims to be processed for insurance on daily basis and give proper feedback, training based on the errors and updates. Handling RCM department completely with RAC, UPIC and TPE process.

• Job Details:Worked in revenue cycle management from insurance end. Handling payment posting, coding, billing and submitting to clearing house. Generating daily, weekly and monthly inventory report on behalf of RCM department for checking payment posting process.

• Job Details:Handling overall Epic software for a group of doctors in U.S.A. for RCM related to E/M projects.
