• Job Details:Handling documentation for Logistics & Export shipments.  Using SAP system.  Arrange shipping cycle with forwarders and Shipping Lines.  Coordinate activities to meet shipping and loading requirements.  Ensure that all documentation meets Export regulations.  Daily tracing for shipments to update customers on timely basis.  Update and Follow-up the invoices settlement.  Process shipments on DHL and UPS system  Maintain good filing practices in logistics and Export Docs.  Issuing production orders for Factory once shipment is confirmed.  Issuing Invoices, Packing lists , Health .. ETC and full doc. To customers once draft is ready.  Issuing closing invoices ( FOB & OF ), shipment by shipment to Acc. Dep.  Updating shipments sheet case by case with full shipments data .  Handling with SGS , WAP , Antaser ..
