Senior import Operation Full Time

• Job Details:Follow up the shipments with agent. • Getting and negotiating rates with worldwide agents, global and local trucking companies, global and local clearance brokers and shipping lines. •Arranging custom clearance process, prepare required documents and follow up with clearance brokers.  •Booking with shipping lines, packing companies & trucking companies to arrange collection of shipments and follow up with truckers until shipment reaches port of loading. •Entering each shipment data on company database, issue client invoice and follow up with client after shipment is delivered for payment according to the agreed term. •Follow up with Working team Follow up daily report to Shipments with team and clients solve any problems with our clients
