• Job Details:One of my core responsibilities is receiving petty cash reports from the Area Coaches, checking them carefully, and then sending them to the Finance team for processing. I also handle email communication with all Area Coaches to make sure they’re consistently updated on any changes or requests from the head office. In addition, I support the Digital Marketing team by providing them with relevant data from the stores and by following up with the printing agency to ensure ads and materials are delivered on time. Whenever needed, I also support the HR department , especially when they require help collecting data from our 97 stores, whether for staff updates, reports, or urgent matters.

• Job Details:One of my main tasks was receiving petty cash reports from the Area Coaches, reviewing them for accuracy, and then forwarding them to the Finance Department. I was also responsible for communicating with suppliers to secure deals and ensure we were getting the best value. In terms of internal communication, I managed email correspondence with Area Coaches, keeping them updated and aligned with any changes or updates from the head office. I also regularly collected important data, like the monthly meter readings from each area, and made sure it was reported correctly to Finance.

• Job Details:One of my key responsibilities was handling angry or upset customers. I always used the LAST rule—Listen, Apologize, Solve, and Thank—to make sure the issue was resolved calmly and professionally. I also worked as a cashier, taking orders politely and making sure customers had a smooth experience from start to finish. In the kitchen, I often handled more than one station, which helped me improve my multitasking and teamwork skills. One of the things I’m most proud of is that I contributed to the team’s success in passing the ROCC evaluation five times, which really showed our strong performance and consistency.
