• Job Details:I developed and maintained a centralized SQL database integrated with Altium Designer, cataloging over 1,000 electronic components. This system streamlined component reuse and standardization while enabling seamless remote access for distributed hardware development teams, significantly improving design efficiency and collaboration. In addition, I engineered a 4-layer uninterruptible power supply (UPS) printed circuit board (PCB) in two functional variants. The first variant featured intelligent charge and discharge regulation of a backup battery, interfaced through an I²C-controlled power management IC. The second variant operated as a fully standalone system, incorporating an autonomous wake-up mechanism triggered by the detection of activity on an external Controller Area Network (CAN) bus, thereby enabling intelligent power management in embedded or automotive systems. Throughout the design process, I performed detailed circuit-level simulations using both SIMPLIS and LTspice to verify the electrical behavior under various operational conditions. These simulations allowed for precise evaluation of transient responses, switching characteristics, and overall system stability, ensuring robust and reliable performance prior to physical prototyping.

• Job Details:Designed complex, hierarchical multi-page schematics for advanced electronic systems, ensuring modularity, signal integrity, and ease of maintenance. I carried out high-density PCB layouts for up to 10-layer boards using Altium Designer, with careful attention to routing constraints, controlled impedance, power distribution, and EMI/EMC considerations to meet performance and manufacturability requirements. Additionally, I conducted circuit-level simulations using LTspice and PSpice to validate the behavior of analog and mixed-signal circuits. These simulations were used to analyze transient response, steady-state performance, and tolerance to component variation, contributing to the early detection and resolution of potential design issues prior to fabrication.
