• Job Details:Experienced in Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC integration configuration, testing and troubleshooting. Interfacing of PLC and HMI using RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, RSLogix 500, CCW, TIA Portal. Experience in SCADA software (WinCC Explore, FactoryTalk View). Developing electrical schematics and GA layout design of control panel using EPLAN, AutoCAD. Preparation of bill of materials (BOM) and product identification. Estimation of work involved and execution of task and preparing design according to customer requirements. Coordination and follow-up with client for getting approval of project drawing and experienced in busbar system, pneumatic valve bank, and control panel wiring. Performed electrical acceptance testing of completed hardware, including continuity, visual inspection, I/O testing, and quality. Experience in engineering, conduction of FAT, commissioning, and conduction of SAT. Troubleshooting of electrical circuits and rectification. Review the customer design and provides suggestions. Field activities such as installation of electrical instruments testing of sensors like flow, pressure, temperature, and specials sensors. Responsible for supervising and providing directions to a team of designers, engineers, and support personnel reporting work activities and manufacturing progress to manager. Creating and saving as-built drawing’s project related documents such as FAT, datasheets/manuals, and referenced documents.
