• Job Details:➢ Working in Agile/Scrum environment. ➢ Defining, documenting and implementing comprehensive test cases. ➢ Analyzing, reporting and documenting technical issues on Jira. ➢ Performing manual web testing, localization testing and APIs testing using Postman and Swagger. ➢ Designing, implementing and executing test automation scripts using Selenium, Java and Cucumber, and following BDD methodology: ▪ Using bitbucket to create branches, clone branches, pull & push code changes, creating pull requests then merging to master after the PR is approved. ▪ Running the tags related to our scripts on master and running PRs on Jenkins pipeline. ▪ Working on enhancing our scripts in order to run more than one feature file in parallel on pipeline to save more time. ➢ Worked on enhancing and adding some main features in Avaya related to Admin Portal and Agent Workspaces: ▪ Enhancements in admin portal and workspaces for Templates designed to help the agents reply to customers easily. ▪ Enhancements in Chat client ref. ▪ Introducing a new connector named: Avaya Social Connections, which allows Avaya customers to connect their private and public social media channels to Avaya Workspaces and routes messages received on these channels to agents with the correct roles. ▪ Working on three main channels in Avaya: Email, Chat and Messaging.
