• Job Details:i am currently working as an accountant payable and receivables in a direct marketing company 1- i take care of vendors outstanding bills : Making sure credit is received for pending bills and paying for vendors to finalize daily entries. 2- invoices process and tracking of expenditure :1-Accurately process supplier invoices, record transactions and reconcile payments to ensure proper balance of all financial records. 2- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices. 3- Make periodic reports and other records. 4- Continue to improve payment process. 3-payroll and KPI process: 1- Compare between employee attendance report with his vacation balance. 2- Check the deductions for each employee. 3- Check the financial report for payroll and KPIs 4- withdraw the bank accounts information from staff and add it in the template for the bank. 5- Paying employees by verifying expenses reports and preparing pay checks. 4-assist in receivable process:1- Performing general bookkeeping duties, like issing invoices to clients, recording cash receipts 2- Keeping management and executives informed of any issues 3- Check whether there are any pending invoices and complete them. 4- Preform effective follow-up with client's finance teams 5-assist in admin activities.
