• Job Details:Plan and oversee the entire machine-building production process, including manpower allocation, task scheduling, and performance monitoring. Continuously evaluate workforce efficiency and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline manufacturing operations. Facilitate strategic discussions & technical review meetings with the design department, department heads, CEO and managing directors to review ongoing projects and ensure necessary support is provided. Ensure seamless communication between the store, procurement, logistics and quality teams to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain uninterrupted operations on the shop floor. Report daily to the managing director on ongoing operations, key developments, and critical challenges to support informed decision-making and efficiency. Manage plant production, financial performance, and customer requirements, ensuring the efficient and systematic execution of planned activities. Optimize production efficiency by minimizing downtime, controlling operational costs, and upholding product quality and safety standards. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products, enhancing customer satisfaction, reinforcing client trust, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and organizational objectives. Collaborate with finance teams to develop precise production budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment between manufacturing objectives and financial targets for optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency. Reviews and approves BOMs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with manufacturing standards. Works closely with the NPD team to integrate design intent with production feasibility for smooth product launch. Identify, evaluate, and manage external machining vendors to ensure seamless production while maintaining compliance with required tolerances, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor vendor performance, address delays proactively, and implement corrective actions to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Assistant Production Manager

• Job Details:Oversee daily production to meet planned targets, aligning with weekly and monthly goals, customer expectations for quality and delivery, and plant production, financial performance, and customer requirements. Oversee critical quality-related production documents and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing manufacturing processes using engineering tools and methodologies. Oversee talent acquisition, monitor ongoing training, facilitate workforce skill development, and maintain communication with departmental managers to monitor stock throughput. Identify bottlenecks, implement new processes to enhance productivity, and successfully establish the 5S program to improve machine efficiency while enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through data analysis. Develop work instructions for both machining and non-machining processes, implement them on the shop floor, and ensure strict compliance; continuously monitor daily rejection rates, monthly cost of poor quality (COPQ), and rejection parts per million (PPM) to adhere to company standards and promptly implement corrective actions to minimize waste and achieve cost savings.
