Assist Offshore Installation Superintendent (OIS) in all Confidential & Non-confidential Memos, Emails, Schedules, and manage all the logistics issues. Execute Helicopter Dispatcher duties and carry out the Helicopter Landing Officer “HLO” job if required. Prepare the Helicopter Manifests and manage the Freights/Materials Payloads. Carry out Employees Timesheets. Serve as well-crafted database source to other departments for the necessary operational documents/information. Ensure information are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time. Lead and/or participate in cross functional meetings as required. Support the translation of any Arabic documents. Responsible for the entire catering service operations and manage the maximum professional measures in giving the highest level in accordance with S.T.A.R. Service Experience. Controlling VIP Visitors tour dispatches and Provide visible leadership by example while interacting them in all areas. Ensuring absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with HACCP rules. Provide visible leadership by example. Align crew attitudes to corporate objectives. Setup Month End Catering Bills, Accounting, Payroll, Back Charges. Lead negotiations with all the ad hoc suppliers’ contractual arrangements within budgeted targets and regulatory requirements. Coordinate all the domestic activities in the platform accommodation unit including responsibility for housekeeping, laundry and maintenance. Conduct hygiene audits and ensure health and sanitation standards are maintained and keep records for the foods stocks levels and dates validity. Ensure appropriate crew training is carried out on an ongoing basis. Raise stationary Call of Orders, keep records, and maintain stocks. Order and maintain reasonable stocks for the domestic consumption materials as well as the various entertainment facilities. Take appropriate action to resolve any complaints and promptly fulfilling the requests and drive service redesign. Organizing staff shifts Rota. Receive all the Platform Arrivals and allocate them to their designated rooms. Prepare and update the daily People on board (P.O.B) & Muster Lists and distribute to the concerned parties/designated areas. Administer and focusing attention on the Waste Management disposal. Implement and track supply boats and food consignments schedules. Provide accurate, timely situation-reporting to management personnel. Manage rapid changes in a positive manner and timely action to tight deadlines. Archive all applicable Operational reports, files, logs, and other data sources. Carry out Floor Marshal Duties for Clearance of the vessel and Embarkation during the regular Drills & Emergencies.
