• Job Details:• Created Purchase Request of Engineering related materials and spare parts and submit to the Engineering Manager for Purchase Order Approval. • Increased productivity by reducing downtime, budgeting effectively the maintenance activity by optimizing the spare parts, allocating tasks with right component and maintaining high standards of safety and work quality with the target of zero breakdown. • Leaded the implementation of RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) to identify the effective maintenance strategy of spare parts per equipment. • Provide guidance to management regarding project bids for onsite improvements from the suggestion of the employees for implementation. • Collaborated with the maintenance planner and production planner for the effective execution of maintenance activity and achieve the vertical start-up after the preventive maintenance activity. • Analyzed and identified equipment failure root causes using Breakdown Analysis Tool and ensure the effectivity of the Breakdown Analysis tool by implementing the right corrections/ actions to prevent the re-occurrence of the same issue on the same component and conduct brain storming with Maintenance Team. • Monitored the competency of maintenance team by rolling-out improved training programs to increase and maintain their ability and capability to work individually or in a group and emphasize always the importance of teamwork. • Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
