• Meet and assist the company's visitors in the airport. And managing their daily schedule
• Organizing CEO Agenda, meeting, event, seminars and daily mails and conferences.
• Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondences for the CEO.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Manage all the transportation facilities for the company staff
• Ability to manage the staff including the blue collar(office boys, Drivers, Housekeepers).
• Responsible for the company's needed services, stationary and all the company's supplies
• Making all the trips preparations for the company’s guests(getting the Egyptian visa ,hotels booking ,meeting in the airport).
• Develop the company policy and rules regarding the organization charts and personnel laws
• Responsible for the company’s petty cash to be used in buying stationary,technological needs and the office supplies


Technical:

• Study all the tenders’ requirements ensuring that all the tender's documents are clear and available (inside and outside tenders)
• Determining the competitors’ offers to submit the best offer.
• Preparing the BOQ(Bill of quantity)
• Technical tenders documents and submittals
• Preparing and responsible for all the tenders' financial documents
• getting the price lists from the suppliers
• Preparing the quotations, contracts and subcontracts)
• Issuing the PR(Purchase Request) & the PO(Purchase Order)
• measuring the quantity take-off
• Arranging all the sites visits for the sight engineers
• Attend all the technical meetings to determine all the technical issues or problems.
• Study all the enquiries received from the customers, filing them, getting all the technical data , creating great relations with the customers (through frequent visits), arranging and studying the projects’ drawings.
• Ensure that the flow of the awarded tenders is smooth (the manufacturing time, the payment ( Cash, cheque or by L/C),the confirmed pro forma invoice signed by the two parties ..and the two parties obeying all the contracts terms and conditions. Following the shipping time, and all the logistics procedures).
