Planning and Control Manager

• Job Details:Implements and maintains project planning and scheduling. Evaluates project status against baseline schedules and assesses the impact of changes or delays in design or construction. Coordinates with the planning, procurement, engineering, and finance departments to develop the work breakdown structure (WBS). Prepares and develops cash flow forecasts for projects and highlights any cash constraints. Controls and monitors project total expenditure, including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. Analyzes project management and cost control system data independently, using graphs and diagrams for insightful cost status presentations. Monitors the project(s)' day-to-day work progress and provides accurate weekly and monthly reports to update top management. Creates interactive dashboards. Attends project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.
