• Job Details:• Oversees &directs all accounting activities, including general ledgers; accounts; receivable; accounts payable; fixed assets; internal controls consolidation • Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. A/R, A/P, G/L, forecasting, budgeting etc. • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. • Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. • Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to CFO • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis. • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. • Support Financial Manager in ensuring that inter-company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy • Work conservatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives. • Manages & trains the accounting team; to ensure efficient and timely functioning of the department Performs quarterly appraisals of accounts

• Job Details:Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department’s goals Monitor processing of invoices Ensure timely collection of payments Conduct credit checks Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles Stay updated on industry and legislative changes
