 Monitored the warehouse stocks of all the 600 sale-able items, so as to ensure minimal stock-out of the various products, especially for the strategic ones.
 Checked the daily stock-out lists and initiated necessary actions. Liaised with the different suppliers to ensure the availability of their products and our receiving of all items on-time, so as to maintain the right stock level at our warehouse and therefore help prevent any possible sales losses/drop-outs.
 Negotiated with different firms, in terms of new products proposals and withdrawal of the infeasible ones. (Assessed all product’s aspects: price, packaging: available SKUs and promotions)
 Used the knowledge of the SAP system to extract and analyze different needed reports. Reviewed these reports’ findings in order to come-up with different solutions and new proposals that would help enhance the business in a new efficient and effective manner.
 Monitored the sales reports and matched it with the warehouse stock-list, so as to analyze: the reasons of a specific product drop-out, average daily and weekly sales, and products’ coverage days. Used these reports to better understand the sales rate of slow-moving goods versus fast-moving ones. Anticipated the need for new products and the fast-moving ones; hence prepared essential stock-levels of these items at the warehouse. Proposed different solutions to increase the sales rate of slow-moving products; such as: promotions proposals, a specific product’ phase-out process. Presented these proposals to the direct-manager, whom in accordance would propose it to the General Manager.
 Conducted necessary stores visits to get direct-interface with their problems. In addition, handled direct phone calls and followed-up with the related district managers regularly, to understand all their stores’ problems and in accordance contacted the related supplier for necessary action.
 Handled the phase-in process of all Turkish, imported and locally-produced spot-items
 Made the necessary preparations for the taste tests and classified the results. Applied weight (Grams) tests to various products.
 Worked in cooperation with all other departments in every aspect, in an effort to achieve better results and success.
