I worked in the contact centre at the beginning as a junior CSE , then I became a senior in my team after and team membr 1 year and a half as my manager and team members always benefited from my knowledge & experience . I became the deputy in my team as I took care of the team in the absence of my manager , handling their training , coaching ,and providing them with guidance . I applied for the Team manager & assistant manager position and I got choosen after the interview and the test , I handled a team of 12 members , taking care of their coaching , training , development plans and career support , along side working with our business partners for our operation plans .
