• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to generate suitable recommendation to enhance employees’ satisfaction.

• Assist in orienting the new employees to the company structure, policies and procedures through the induction program.
• Manage personnel function and take all required measures to ensure discipline and deal with all government authorities in all labor related issues.
• Participates in formulating the recruitment, wages, employee consultation and all personnel policies.
• Preparing relevant Job Descriptions.
• Implementation of the training and development agenda, identify areas that need attention and improvement.
• Recruit and select the proper candidates to achieve business and define the candidates profile dependent on the company's needs.
• Deal with different recruitment channels e.g. recruitment’s websites, newspapers/magazines, universities, recruitment agencies, external job boards, professional bodies, etc.
• Conduct salary surveys to ensure that the company’s compensation structure is in line with the market & Prepare job offer as per the company salary structure.
• Identify the source for hiring, to evaluate the most suitable recruitment source.
• Develop and implement hiring and contracting procedures with new employees in compliance to labor law.
• Implement compensation and benefits procedures and take all needed actions to ensure external and internal equity.
• Personal: Complete the documentation of the company staff &the; new comers.
• Manage and carrying out interviews for candidates and carrying out exit interviews for staff and finalize full final Settlement.
 Organization Development.
• Provides guidance on development for managers and their teams.
Develop the organization structure and prepare a manpower plan to ensure the best utilization of human resources.
• Develop and manage a performance evaluation and development program.
• Support, develop and coach people managers to manage employee relations issues.
• Coordinate with organization development to deliver the requested and appropriate training programs for the business unit.
