• Job Details:1. Coordinate with the suppliers concerning * Purchasing Time Frame (Liaising with the Warehouse Team to Check Required Materials) * Purchase Order (Reviewing Quantities of Requested Materials and Negotiating the Quotation) * Cargo Readiness (make sure that the cargo will be ready according to Purchasing Time Frame avoiding any Shortage in the Warehouse) * Payment Term (Maintain the appropriate Payment Method ) * Inco Term (EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, ETC,CIP,CPT, DPU,DDP….) *Letter Of Credit if required (to pay attention to LC Terms and Monitoring applying the Documents on Time in order to clear Commercial Invoice Value) 2. Checking with the Customs for the Exact Required Documents And Approvals to be handled with the supplier 3. Checking with the Shipping Lines and service Providers for the Best Rates and Transit Time to ensure that the Delivery of the Materials Meets Purchasing Time Frame 4. Revising the Full set of Documents with the supplier (Invoice, Packing list, COO, Bill of Loading and Approvals if required) 5. Coordinating with the shipping Lines and service Providers the Shipping Process and Custom Clearance Procedures also, Following up the ETA of shipments 6. Liaise with the Warehouse Team to make sure that the received Orders Conform to the required specifications and are not Damaged. 7. Liaise with the Accounting Department to settle the Invoices For Suppliers and Service providers. 8. Providing Daily Detailed Reports with the Current Status of each Order
