Preferably before arrival of goods to insure a smooth clearance process of goods. • Monitor the credits to ensure timely payment to the suppliers. • Source reliable freight forwarders and negotiate with them to obtain the best prices and best service to ensure fast and safe arrival of goods from suppliers as well as to customers

Import and Purchasing ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible of studying the market need, sales history and stock level by brand and flavor to plan and issue Forecast. • Monitor the Sales and Inventory Stock level to secure short products and avoid being over stock. • Deal with freight forwarders to get best service with best freight rates. • Responsible of all shipping documents, bank endorsement and clearance. • Responsible of all purchasing and logistics functions

Senior BuyerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible of create Quotations & P.O on ERP System • Responsible of all logistics functions • Prepare and place orders for low stock materials. • Make data entries (purchased raw materials, price updates, currency updates, min. quantity adjustment according to forecast) • Make annual contract with suppliers to Stabilize the prices during the year, to avoid the prices rise. • Source new suppliers ensuring best price & quality. • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and best quality. • Execute of import orders, following them up till they enter our facility, taking care of all details including banking and customs clearance.
