• Job Details: Provide customers with monthly review of order status.  Order entry, order fulfillment, identification of Out of Stock (OOS) lines. Proactively look for solutions and if required, communicate OOS lines to customers along with replenishment lead time.  Ensure efficiency and cost reduction within the BDF Supply Chain by delivering full truckloads/container.  Ensure proper co-ordination with 3PM’s, Hub & 3PL for orders fulfillment.  Manage Logistical Value Added Services (LAS) to deliveries when required. Monitor and track 3PL to ensure speed and efficiency.  Send all required customs documentation to customers & 3PL providers, and thereby ensuring on-time deliveries.  Monitor deliveries up to the delivery point and Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt. Ensure to upload in SAP & house-keeping.  Keep 3PL’s accountable to agreed KPI’s including on-time pick-up /delivery and POD processing.  Follow up and resolve delivery delays and short shipments, including all claims, with 3PL service providers.  Collect, create and maintain customer & product Master Data in SAP.  Collect, create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for customers, service providers and internal processes.  Provide support to QA team where required.  Provide the external and internal customers with a single point of contact for all order delivery and claim related queries.  Develop Customer Supply Relationship with partners in order to fully understand their daily requirements.  Understand key distribution routes to and warehouse operations at Partners. Develop relationship with key distribution/ warehouse/ transport personnel at Partners.  Proactively investigate & identify the ‘root’ cause of queries. Implement improvement processes in order to achieve Supply Chain optimization. Reduce complexity wherever possible.  Close follow-up with 3PL on the clearance process and ensure on-time clearance as well as following up with Germany and Dubai office to complete the clearance documentations.  Provide monthly service level report identifying all SL losses & reasons.  Prepare & present slides in dashboard to all supply chain team members.  Any other analysis, tasks and duties, which are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager.

Supply Chain SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details: Aligning with the company sales workforce, particularly sales managers to plan, categorize quantities of the glasses business encompassing a brand portfolio of almost (40 brands) either Optical or Sun.  Managing the communication with Luxottica team in various locations Ex: Italy – Dubai, ensuring the products QTYs availability, segregation of brand made either Italy, China.  Making sure, the customers’ invoices are placed correctly Model, size, color, description, unit price, product made, net and gross weight and parcels QTYs.  Managing the placement of customers’ orders in SAP followed by orders tracking of the shipments, (Airway bills, commerce of origin, ETA, ETD & insurance policy).  Responsible for the wholesale and retail pricing for Optical and sunglasses business in line with the company guidelines to ensure profitable business.  Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.  Determining if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.  Responding to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.  Contacting suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.  Reviewing requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.  Tracking the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders and ship these orders timely.  Maintaining knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.  Follow up our freight forwarders & clearance Co.  Guarantee the logistics on-time (LOT).  Acquainted with customs clearance administrative procedures in the customs zone of destination.  Reports: All logistic division reports such as (tracking orders – pipeline shipments – stock control) Working on SAP system & making PO.
