• Job Details:Documenting current production procedures and create Company standards to improve the efficiency of the Production Department. • Support the Pasternack Quality System. • Lead, develop and mentor the Production team. • Collaborate with Quality Department to identify and implement ongoing quality improvements. • Maintain knowledge and technical expertise of current production best practices tools and techniques and implement them in a reasonable and responsible manner. Raw material analysis-Inprocess follow up to keep on specification-Final product analysis-Packaging follow up-Compelete quality assurance reports-Assist manager in external and internal audit process-Participation with work team in making new products for new customers-Achievement ISO 2200 requirements
