• Job Details: Manage the flow of the customers’ purchase orders within sales department.  Manage and interpret customers’ requirements.  Support customers by providing pre-sales technical assistance.  Organize in hand sales orders and its due dates with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) department.  Establish new, and maintain existing relationships with customers.  Handling customers’ complaints with the concerned departments.  Participate in the design of new customized products.
