• Job Details: Qualitative & Quantitative Research o Providing business solutions with measurable results to clients according to research findings o Design research instruments for qualitative & quantitative data collection o Moderate focus groups, In-depth interviews and In-home visits o Conduct qualitative analysis and reporting o Guide & Supervise quantitative analysis and reporting  Project Management o Conduct briefing/debriefing sessions and trainings for surveyors and researchers o Internal coordination with all the support departments for smooth execution of projects o Monitor the qualitative conduction and the quantitative field work o Handling client queries to close projects  Managerial Tasks o Assist the department manager in planning the company’s strategic development, growth, and expansion in the GCC o Assist in the training and mentoring of the department’s juniors  Business Development o Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients o Identify prospect clients and generating new leads in the GCC o Define the clients' business issues & analyze research briefs o Prepare research proposals with appropriate methodologies, develop sample designs, cost estimates and time plans

• Job Details: Conduct in-depth interviews with consumers from a wide variety of socio-economic backgrounds  Simultaneous translation of all interviews  Selecting locations where the target segment for the research is available  Scheduling meetings and interviews with small business owners in Cairo  Booking hotels and venues for meetings for the team  Coordinating the workshops held to display the results of the research
