Handling employee benefits that are provided by company through the administration department such as: Bairam cookies, Prophet Mohamed birthday sweets for head office & plants employees. 14. Sending couriers via Aramex and following up on shipments delivery (domestic & international). 15. Following up on our admin- pool cars that needs maintenance and their regular maintenance. 16. Reporting all the above tasks and compiling them in the monthly report for our department.
