• Job Details:• Communication Focal point for EU-Project. • Create communication strategy/ plan for the project. • Supervise the implementation of the communication plan. • Conduct Essential Business Training for youth. • Coach and follow up with beneficiaries to sustain their projects. • Plan and implement outreach activities offline/online to serve the project. • Accompany beneficiaries while purchasing projects’ needs, conduct home/ field visits. • Create Coaching manual. • In charge of conducting marketing and selling trainings for beneficiaries. • Partner with external stakeholders.

Senior Communication OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervise a team of 3 ( 2 communication assistants, 1 designer) • Create Social Media strategy with monthly themes/ calendars. • Supervise the implementation and moderation of social media accounts. • Partner with different stakeholders to advocate for Wataneya Society. • Facilitates advocacy workshops with partners. • Create success stories, case studies for different projects. • Develop awareness campaigns, execute them and analyze the results. • Events planning and execution supervision.
