- Job Details:• Responsible for all the Recruitment process (job Ads, screening and filtering CVs, Phone interviews & face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates and make assessment reports, references and check). • Following up the Hiring Process by Issuing job offers, employment documents & medical check up report to be submitted upon joining, signing the contract. • Track "Form 1" of the new hired employees, "Form 6" for the resigned employees to complete the Social insurance cycle. • Advises and consults with employees regarding Personnel questions. • Preparing the Monthly Reports including (vacations, attendance, probation, new hires, resignations, and exist dashboard) in addition to the variables reports related to Payroll calculation. • Assist the HR Director in setting and achieve the annual Training Plan, Procedures & Forms. • Conduct HR orientation and induction Training session for the new employees and the Awareness Training Sessions for the staff. • Assist the HR Director in OD work, review, establish or enhance, make the proper awareness and updated annually for the: HR policy (Employees Handbook) Performance Management Procedure and forms Recruitment Procedure and forms Job description and annual objectives + KPI’s to all positions • Update company Organization Chart for all the departments with new joiners, transfers, promotions, etc. and handle promotions and transfers process. • Carry out job analysis and revise Job Descriptions across all levels and interviewed employees to construct an accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position. • Create a consistent Compensation and Benefits guideline that matches company's work and organizational culture. • Carry out the Performance Appraisal annually/semi annual and prepare the master sheet of the appraisal. • Carry out Policies and Procedures relating to all phases of Human Resources activities for our organization. • Responsible for all training preparations. • Handle employee Exit Process (resignation form, exit interview& internal release). • Responsible for issuance of HR letters for the employees. • Present the company in the employment fairs. • Receiving all the correspondence of the Human Resource Manager and distribute among the administration department for taking necessary action. • Assist in implementing HR Consulting Services for Premiers’ Clients (Performance Management, Job analysis & Job description, Organization chart, Salary Surveys, etc.) • Responsible to supervise and review all HR generalist tasks.
