• Job Details:• Analysis of Pneumatic and Hydraulic products offered by various brands to compare the technical specifications of products like valves, cylinders, service units, and other related products by evaluating factors such as pressure rating, flow rate, and other to identify comparable products that offer similar levels of performance. ▪ Head of WIKA Department • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of product’s specifications that related to measuring and calibration instruments segment from various brands and evaluate technical specifications such as pressure range, temperature accuracy, level sensing capabilities, force measurement accuracy, and flow rate to identify alternative options from WIKA products that offer similar levels of performance and functionality. • Utilize WIKA Customer Portal to configure products, enabling the identification of corresponding product’s item numbers, datasheets, and pricing associated with the requirements of the customer. • Provide technical guidance on product usage, troubleshooting assistance, and in-depth consultations to guarantee customer satisfaction. • Prepare the demand plan, using the various sources of demand (statistical forecast, market, and commercial actions, etc.). • Analyze what we have in stock against minimum needs and critical stock levels and link it to a procurement plan. • Request and submit orders through WIKA portal, follow up procedures and track them. • Review purchased product's quality, item numbers and specifications. • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. • Responsible for cost control aspects and sale of the products. • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
