• Job Details:• Manage all communication and scheduling with candidates. • Screen resumes in terms of skills, experience, and knowledge to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. • Conduct phone screening and face to face interviews. • Forward apology mails to the unaccepted candidates. • Attend job fairs for recruiting and for company recognition. • Perform all data entry and proper filling system to keep a qualified candidates database and CV bank for all screened CVs received to be categorized as appropriate. • Post job openings to job search websites. • Responsible for Mass recruitment projects involved in the whole cycle “ screening CVs, phone interviews, face to face interviews to the phase of shortlisting the accepted candidates
