• Job Details:• Internal Audit using ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards for the whole chamber departments. • Develop and implement daily auditing, quality requirements, and procedures. Isolated and identified any problems and non-conformities, determined their causes, created and implemented corrective actions, and measured for success. • Analysis, monitor and follow up the yearly operational plan, which include projects timelines, deadlines, responsibilities, recourses, work stages, and the strategic goals using an internal system. • Maintain timely reporting (quarterly, semiannual, annual) using MS word and Excel (tables & charts). • Document control all the working files to be used as evidences for the 3rd party yearly auditing. • Communicate with department heads and customers to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality service. • Responsible for the suggestions and complaints system.
