• Job Details:Coordinate project management activities, resources, planning, Contracts, Procurement, & design Directly reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director Developing Work Breakdown structure in line with Subcontractor’s activities and coordinated sequence of work. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Monitor the performance of technical engineers, and maintain a flow of material submittals, in line with the project plan Make sure that clients’ needs are met throughout the project Help prepare budgets, subcontractor Variations, as well as cost and time impact claims to the client • Risk Analysis for each scope of work Oversee project procurement management, manage the material release for production, delivery time, and material installation Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, update the risk register accordingly, with proper risk response. Act as the point of contact for all subcontractors and Project team Coordinate with contract departments all appropriate legal paperwork with subcontractors and with the client. (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Manage overseas inspections of factories, to check the material prior to dispatch
