• Job Details:I. Tendering for different kinds of Projects: a. Residential. b. Commercial. c. RC & Civil Projects. d. Landscape. e. Infrastructure. II. Detailed Studying for Tender drawings and documents to come up with the most suitable proposal. III. Preparing & submitting the bid packages. IV. Pricing & Cost Estimation. V. Cost Analysis. VI. Quantity Surveying. VII. Monitor “Client / Sub-Contractor “Invoices & Purchase Orders. VIII. Composing Official Letters, Claims, and Emails. IX. Monitor the Project’s Budget against the actual Cost. X. Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy, and presentation meetings. XI. Composing & Updating The “IPC / Sub-Contractors / Variation Orders / Procurement -Material” Logs. XII. Reaching Out to Sub-Contractors for RFPs and making agreements with them. XIII. Reaching Out to different Vendors for RFQs to come up with the most suitable prices. XIV. Work, Review, and Study any Variation order in the project. XV. Composing Sub-Contractor’s Contracts according to their kind of works. XVI. Prepare Vendor’s / Subcontractor’s Comparisons. XVII. Negotiating with Vendors & Subcontractors to settle the best Rates & Payment Terms. XVIII. Familiar with FIDIC Contracts. XIX. Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the need of the organization
