• Job Details: Participate to target ISO 27001 & 9001.  Conduct audits according to ISO 27001 & 9001 standards.  Participate to target CMMI level 5.  Participate as an appraisal team member (ATM) in SCAMPI- A class CMMI Level 5 appraisal.  Participate in the pre appraisal to renew CMMI level 3.  Participate in the Final appraisal to renew CMMI level 3  Participate in the pre appraisal to target CMMI level 3.  Participate in the Final appraisal to target CMMI level 3  Ensure that the project is following GET standard processes and using all the related templates taking into consideration the tailoring sheet (if exists) by conducting Process and Product QA audits.  Conduct Configuration Management audits.  Interview the project team members to clarify any ambiguous issues during the audit.  Prepare the Non- compliances Report (NCR) and suggest corrective actions.  Conduct audits on the projects tracking report as planned in the project QA schedule.  Ensure that the QA audit Non -compliances Reports corrective actions are implemented and escalate immediately the status if needed.  Assist in closing the non compliances that resulted from audit on QA Activities.  Review the configuration management plan of the projects. Measurement Council:  Assist in establishing the organization Business objectives and metrics.  Prepare the Process Performance Baselines ( PPB) data for the organization  Prepare the Process Performance Model ( PPM) for the organization  Collect and store the Project measurement data per the frequency defined in the Measurement and Analysis Plan (MAP).  Collect and store the Organizational measurement data per the frequency defined in Plan. Process Improvement: • Assist in applying any updates in the Quality Management System (QMS) releases to improve the process. • Updates the Process Asset Library (PAL) periodically by the projects data. • Guides the QMS users to implement the process and to use the related templates. • Provides QMS Trainings Team Leading: • Review and approve the audits reports conducted by the QA specialists. • Supervises and guides the QA specialists in their daily work activities. • Assist the project managers in implementing CMMI Level 5 processes.
