- Job Details:HR Admin Assistant (Payroll & Recruitment) – Trillium The Montessori House & Petals Preschools (Petals the sister company of Trillium) Payroll: • Handled payrolls of all employees in all 6 branches • Prepared all salary sheets (on Excel) for all branches including deductions & additions. • Calculation of deductions such as: absence, tardiness, insurance, early salary payments & loans. Calculation of additions such as: extra work, days or hours • Arranged and kept track of social insurance sheets • Prepared salaries for collection (cash salaries), and bank transferred salaries • Handled all employee forms, inserted all annual and absence forms through LOGITIME (attendance system) • Kept track of attendance and annual (regular & prorated) balance for all employees. Recruitment: • Responsible of hiring employees for all 6 branches such as: teachers, operations executives, front desk & administration • Screening of all received CVs, and identifying potential candidates • Contacted candidates conducted phone interviews, and setting up one-on-one interviews • Arranging HR interviews with HR Director for accepted candidates
