• Job Details:-Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements -Respond to human resources-related inquiries  -Assist with payroll processing -Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations -Develop and implement strategies to attract top talents to the organization, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. -Design and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization. -Conflict Management; managing employee’s relations issues - Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, and staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation -Participation and management of the affairs related to blue collars in the organization -Creating a process for performance management and creating schemes for incentives -Setting L&D plans for the employees based on the needs extracted from the performance management reports -Work on an internal communication program that maintains the targeted work environment and helps the employee’s well-being
