Employee Relations • Manages team contracts, Insurance and leaves process cycle and ensure it’s done professionally with internal stakeholders. • Prepares HR letters & all kinds of letters and certificates related to the department. • Manages Helm staff meetings process cycle and ensure it’s done professionally with the admin assistant. • Handles the onboarding and off boarding process for the team • Ensure a smooth flow of monthly payroll process and reporting system with internal stakeholders and ensure salaries sheets are constantly kept up to date Team Supervision • Handle the on the job Training process for the department new team members • Assign and Delegate tasks , duties and responsibilities for new team members • Coach, monitor and evaluate the team. • Contribute in developing the team members KPIs • Contribute in developing the department’s budget and cost allocation
