    • Job Details:• Get at least three technical and commercial offers for the required item from three suppliers. • Review offers technically with the technical manager to get a technical approval for the description. • Make Supplier price analysis (SPA) for the required item among suppliers that includes Prices, delivery time, delivery term and payment term. • Negotiate with suppliers to get the best offer with a credit payment term • Settle the delivery date of the required item upon a time schedule • Make sure that the price is within a budget • Issue a Purchase order (P.O.) according to the proper offer in prices, delivery and payment term. • In foreign P.O. , issue the shipping instructions that determine needed shipping documents to can release the shipment • In foreign P.O. ,review the shipping documents( Commercial invoice , Packing list , Bill of Lading , Euro 1 , Certificate of origin and insurance certificate ) • Follow with the Custom Clearance representative when the shipment will be arrived whether to Cairo Airport or Alex Port until it delivered to our stores • Inform store keeper with the delivery date of the purchased item • Make sure that the items are conformable technically • Send the invoice with a delivery note to the finance department to pay the amount of the items that are purchased • Follow with the financial department on any payment dues to supplier.
