• Job Details:I am working as Quality and food safety lead and i am responsible for below: 1- Preparation for FSSC, AIB, QAS, NFSA and Regulatory audits. 2- Prepare and execute for monthly food safety audit. 3- Submit all internal audit findings to plant team, conduct a meeting to ensure from the closure of all internal audit findings. 4- Lead RCA sessions with plant team to discuss RCA and agreed on all corrective & preventive actions to prevent the complaints from reoccurrence. 5- Lead monthly review meeting with top management to discuss and analyzed all complaints and hold incidents (Quality & Food safety) data. 6- Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for employees. 7- Conduct awareness sessions for operators and daily labors per month, which help them to be fully understanding of issues of consumer complaints and act accordingly Extra. 8- Maintain and update quality system documentation including (policies, procedures, work instructions, and records). 9- Conduct traceability and mock recall exercise twice per year.
