• Job Details:• Manage the Export process and follow up starting from receiving the customer's orders till dispatching the orders. • Prepare all relevant documentation required by the customers and ensure that all needed information is accurate and correct. • Work on the optimal transportation modes to ensure the most cost-effective or efficient transporting procedures • Analyze all aspects of logistics process and its financial impact • Negotiate all the related charges to Logistics services and transportation. • Preform contracts with third parties’ services’ providers. • Work on resolving any raised problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, or customer complains. • Monitor organizational compliance with regulations. • Study export market and potential customers to identify the best approach to them. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities. • Develop contracts with foreign customers and distribution companies to ensure securing long-term sales with profitable orders. • Mange all the sales operations. • Open new export markets in addition to introducing new products to the existing markets. • Create and maintain company standard price lists and negotiate with customer the applicable term of payment

Logistics Head in the International Trade DepartmentFull Time

• Job Details:• Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goal for Arma group of companies 3 factories • Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation • Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management. • Develop and initiate monthly reports, and productivity measurements. • Oversee and monitor the availability of stock to reduce shortages. • Negotiate with the shipping lines and truckers with respect to the shipping prices and services and select accordingly • Prepare all freight reports, cost analysis reports and tracking sheets • Responsible for selecting custom clearance brokers and Inland trucks and making annual contracts accordingly. • Managing deals with inspection companies and agency agreements. • Assist Finance with the annual budget process ensuring accurate costs Check/Revise all export letters of credits L/Cs and make sure that LC requirements will be applied in the shipping documents • Provide the customers with best logistical solutions and operational options for their shipments.

Logistics SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Handle all the logistical operations in Arma group of companies 3 factories • Coordinate with the export business managers in order to schedule the orders shipping after getting readiness notifications from the production and planning department. • Assist in issuing database for the containers and truck’s -ability for all the SKUs • Getting the customer feedback by sending them quarterly surveys, and try to enhance any negative feedback received • Follow-up all required files for Export subsidy submission files. • Provide the customers with best logistical solutions and operational options for their shipments. • Being responsive to sales request for ad-hoc requests for vessel/flight availability and costing. • Coordinate with production and quality departments all closed sales transactions fulfillment and schedules
