During the transition from Email to Freshdesk, BizEx Support Team aimed for requester's satisfaction and improve productivity in focusing on any issues that require the team's intervention. One of the main features of the frehsdesk ticketing system is, it automatically converts all sender's emails being sent to support's group as freshdesk ticket, including FYI, Reports etc. part of our main responsibilities is to attend and adhere all the tickets being assigned to the group and mark it as resolved whether or not any action is required, we've observed an email is an ongoing form of communication, and we don't have complete control over the incoming flow, we need to work on improving our productivity in how we receive, organize, reply and resolve the tickets were receiving on a daily basis, We'll appreciate to sort, analyze and refrain BizEx Support in loop for any report or FYI's that doesn't require any action from the Team.
