• Job Details:. Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan using earned value technique . Prepare Cash Flow and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences. . Prepare monthly reports to the head quarter. . Prepare and review invoices and project performance before being sent to the financial department .
