• Job Details:●Financial Accountant At Quasi systems Energy and control soultions (Authorised Value Provider for ABB &system integrator for Schneider electric) . ● Responsible for following up the purchasing orders to the suppliers, ● Writing and preparing the checks of the advanced payment & the final payment and deliver them to the suppliers. ●Follow up the purchasing invoices . ● Follow up the importing goods and preparing all the needed documents to deliver it to our customers. ●Prepare all the journal entries and input it throw the excel sheets & ERP system. ●Creat the commercial invoices to the customers and follow up their payments. ●Follow up the withdrawn checks using the bank statement. ●Follow up the store and inform the storekeeper when there is any new goods will enter the store
