Senior Quantities Surveying & Commercial EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Provides the monthly payment application with Quality Control team and Project Manager, tracking all material beginning of delivered to site until hand it over to Main Store or installation work. - Measures and value the work done on site, take off for all construction activities, and prepare all subcontractors payment. - Preparing progress reports on weekly and monthly basis that encloses overall progress status, description of activities completed this period and forecasted next period activities. - Prepare cost control reports. - Responsible to manage subcontractor and supplier invoices on a monthly basis. - Work closely with the assigned construction manager for approval of all invoices. - Responsible for the monthly payments and variations reports and responsible to provide all the backup that is required for each change request. - Preparing Quantities surveying & Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
