  • Job Details:• Lead the full-cycle Talent acquisition process for EKH and key positions across 15 subsidiaries and diversified sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Cement, Utilities & Energy, Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Natural Gas distribution and Microfinance. • Lead executive search efforts for C-level and Director-level positions both locally and internationally, supporting EKH's operations in Egypt as well as subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia, Dubai. • Successfully led Talent acquisition for greenfield projects both inside and outside of Egypt, supporting end-toend hiring strategies and team buildup across newly established operations. • Conduct research on labor regulations and market practices in new countries of operation to support compliant and competitive Talent acquisition efforts for international expansions. • Oversee and manage employment fair activities, representing EKH across various universities and platforms to attract top talent and enhance employer branding. • Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring system optimization, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency to track key Talent acquisition metrics and support data-driven hiring decisions. • Conduct ongoing market intelligence to stay informed on labor trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry salary benchmarks to support strategic hiring decisions. • Manage relationships with external Talent acquisition partners, including search firms, job platforms, and freelance recruiters, to ensure alignment with hiring needs and service-level expectations. • Enhance the company’s digital employer presence across online platforms to drive talent attraction and brand visibility. • Own Talent acquisition status reporting for executive leadership, ensuring timely insights on hiring progress, challenges, and KPIs.
