Treasury SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Titled as Treasury supervisor * Responsible to supervise cashiers and assure they are following Danone Cash policies and procedures, the proper cash-handling and the registration routines on daily basis. * Consolidate, compute and record totals of transactions for all Danone branches (Obour, Sharkeya, Tanta, Alexandria, Giza, Assuit, El Mina) * Visit the branches regularly to verify the accuracy of the cash transactions. * Handles, confirms and coordinate all cash pick-ups by Amanco. * Ensure bank deposit slips' amounts coincide with Amanco cash receipt slips * Plans, directs, and coordinates the daily activities of the Cashiers * Train new cashiers and educate them on Danone Cash policies * Evaluating the cashiers performance * Report, investigate and communicate discrepancies in cash counts and cashier performance * Make sure that all payments are done in accordance with the set procedures and policies. * Provide deposit and withdrawal books for all treasures in branches (know needs and make orders). * Reviewing expenses before getting approval from treasury manager. * Helping A/P team to get approvals to pay payments in time. * Following up on cash advance to be settled in time. * Joining between sales team needs in branches and treasury working system in each branches * Following up counting machines and provide the maintenance in time. * Handles work between cashiers and A/R in all branches. * Reviewing all branches expenses everyday by E-mails and reviewing all documents during branches visits * Helping suppliers to disburse their dues. * Handles coins issue ( trying to reduce coins with sales team – finding suppliers to take coins with lowest fees) * Responsible letters of guarantees. * Managing transferring the cash for all branches and dealing with money transferring companies.
