Technical Team ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Conduct interviews and hire technical staff. - Provide guidance and insight to upper management. - Attend meetings with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements. - Collaborate with the UI/UX team to understand the client's requirements and suggest the best practices to present the best user experience. - Estimate, analyze, set project plans, prioritize, and schedule projects and tasks. - Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects. - Collaborating with development teams incorporating client feedback. - Execute new technical integrations to support related activities. - Train, guide, and mentor technical staff in their day-to-day functions. - Coaching the entire team to apply Agile methodology to build a self-organized team. - Assist and support technicians in executing projects. - Review all work produced by the development team. - Ensure code produced meets company standards. - Manage, installing, and maintain clouds, servers, and hosts. - Submit presentations and future plans to build up our AWS infrastructure and provide our clients with hosting services.
