• Job Details: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, servers, networks, and other related equipment’s, devices, and systems. basic networking skills , like adding computer to domain  helping in installing local area networks within the company, wide area networks and secure internet connections.  Handling service requests through a dedicated helpdesk and ensuring their proper satisfaction.  Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more.  Working on daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software’s.  Monitoring and troubleshooting network connectivity issues and managing their solutions  Monitoring network security systems including the network firewall in a manner that protects company information security and confidentiality.
