          • Job Details:Responsible for the overall implementation of the operational side of the human resources function , providing full professional services for all the company staff in a very unique attractive developmental environment Making sure from fairness , Equity and rewarding against performance. Roles & Responsibilities: 1- Set the organization chart with every single title’s analysis, job description clarification and assessment. 2- Set the organization’s salaries structure to compete with the local market and to be suitable with every title job description. 3- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. 4- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. 5- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. 6- Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow. 7- Sourcing, Staffing and searching for alternate sources for hiring. 8- Directing the recruitment team’s performance to compete with the day to day challenges and to be able to hire at least 400 employees a month. 9- Maintain HR project plans, collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables, Implementation - Coordinate the rollout of new tools and systems including delivery of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, training materials and post-launch support resources. 10- Monitoring the processing of Payroll for all company staff processing all completed staff timesheet reports in a timely & correct manner, expenses claim advances, deductions & extra effort inclusion of the payroll. 11- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. 12- Facilitating the on boarding of new employees to the company; Furthermore, the induction of new staff to the company & ensure all general administration procedures for new staff are complete. 13- Overseeing disciplinary processes within the Company not limited to issuance of warnings to termination of staff as & when needed. 14- Handle & resolve conflicts among staff in the company with the full coordination with the Company Management. Prepare a log sheet documenting all occurrences. 15- Handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the Company. 16- Prepare reports, corrective actions and action plans to the upper management. 17- Initiate and Follow the company policies and make sure from its effectiveness. 18- Monitor the company attrition and find out a solution to retain the good calibers.
