• Job Details:- Repairing NEC laptops, desktops and servers inside and outside company as a field engineer. - Repairing TORNADO tablets. - Repairing TOSHIBA laptops, Tablets and POS inside and outside company as a field engineer. - Team leader technical support. - Solving my team technical hard issues. - Using A+ level to exchange some component parts in the machines - Using T-Note online check system in diagnosing the machines problem. - Using SAP (Systems Applications Products) system to export the machines spare parts from spare parts warehouse. - Call center customers technical support. - Handling and solving customer’s problems. - Following up customer’s cases with Toshiba main branch until it closed resolved. - Exchanging Toshiba defected parts with Toshiba vendor. - Registering and solving customer machine’s warranty. - Meeting customers in the reception room as a receptionist.
